I WAS AN AGENT FOR PINKERTON

Abraham Lincoln
With his bodyguard, Alan Pinkerton, to his right.

I was an investigator for Pinkerton in Montreal in the 1970's. In fact, I was the only female investigator for Pinkerton in all of Quebec at the time.

I covered all manner of investigations including insurance fraud, theft, company sabotage, kidnapped children, and much more.

As Pinkertons we often did the jobs the police couldn't be bothered to take care of. We worked mostly for companies, but some cases were done for private clients. We did not do the sordid infidelity cases, but I did one special case for a prominent, philanthropic Montrealer who thought his wife was cheating with her dance instructor. To do that, I had to take private dance lessons with the instructor.

The client was mistaken. His wife was not cheating with the dance instructor. She was having an affair with her children's nanny. I have never spoken of this and I will never reveal who was involved, even after all these years.

Pinkerton Quebec at Montreal did not hire female investigators, even though the founder, Alan Pinkerton's right hand man was a woman named Kate Warne. I was hired first as a security guard.

I was in the personnel office one day when my supervisor, Captain Pountney, saw me there. He told me there was an opening for an investigator, and he encouraged me to apply. He promised he would support me, and he did.

Then the supervisors, Art Peard and Paul Guay put me through the ringer, trying to find reasons not to hire me. They couldn't justify their intentions, and so I was hired.

While employed in the Montreal offices of Pinkerton, my supervisor was Art Peard. I was very nervous at first, I kept apologizing all the time, until one day Mr. Peard said that if I apologized one more time, he would slap me. There was no real physical threat. It was intended to get his point across.

And so, from that moment on, I literally would bite my tongue to avoid letting an apology slip through automatically, and the impulse subsided.

I was good at my job. Very good. In fact, I was required to rewrite the reports of most of the male investigators who could not make out a coherent report in English and some of whom were wily as investigators, but could hardly write at all.

A mentor was assigned to train me and be my partner and driver on surveillances. He was an ex-police officer and he quickly became my friend, shielding me from the tricks that went on among the men and teaching me how to drive my car backward, fast, and how to recognize what was going on behind the scenes.

Claude Lalonde turned out to be a very strong and reliable partner. Many's the night we sat in the car on cold and dark surveillances and just watched and talked. I learned a lot from him. And he respected and protected me. I do not forget.

The job was endlessly fascinating. I loved it. Until a new supervisor was added to the team. He came out of nowhere and was posted above Art Peard. When George Neil joined our team, everything changed. It was clear from the start, he did not like me.

George Neil and Art Peard were very different. Mr. Peard was a pleasant man and easy to work with. Neil was always grumbling - and rarely sober. In fact, that is the one thing Mr. Peard and Mr. Neil shared. They were both habitual drinkers.

Mr. Neil tried to get me out in every way he could.  Someone told me he was afraid I was after his job. In fact, I did not want his job. I loved doing investigations and had not the least interest in accounting and supervising others. But Neil was a nervous individual and intent on making life on the job miserable for me.

One day I was assigned to a surveillance with a young partner as my driver. Neil told me that I should find a phone booth at about 10:00 PM and call him at home. He would then decide if we should discontinue the surveillance for the night. No cell phones in those days, so we found a phone booth and I called Mr. Neil. He was almost incoherent, clearly deep in the sauce. He told me to drop the surveillance and report in the morning.

I was in for a big surprise when I went into the office the next day. Neil was spoiling for a fight. He asked me why I had not called in the night before as he had told me to. How do you answer a question like that when I had talked to him at 10:00 PM? When I recovered from the initial shock, I told him I had spoken to him and he had told me to drop the surveillance. He denied it and accused me of not doing my job.

As an investigator, I was required to be at my desk from nine to five. But I was only paid for the time I was working on a case for a client. If I was not assigned a case, I just had to sit there, without pay. George Neil found a way to ensure I would not want to stay. Here is how he did it.

Art Peard and George Neil would usually be in the office in the morning. But in the afternoon, they would usually be out on business. Their "business office" was the Igloo Bar at Dorval Airport. If anything came up in the office, I was to phone them there.

Before leaving for "lunch", George Neil would lock up all the assignments in his desk drawer. And so, often, I was at my desk, with no work and no pay. Who would stay on a job for no pay? Neil was counting on it.

Near the end of the work day, when I was about to leave, Neil and Peard would return to the office. Neil would unlock his desk and assign the clients' cases - to the male investigators, who would be paid time and a half for working the late shift.

I couldn't stay quiet about the abuse any longer. I stood before George Neil who was only mildly inebriated at the moment, and I said, "You come with me!" That was an order that came from my gut.

And I took George Neil, almost physically, to the elevator and up to the penthouse offices of Paul St. Amour  president of Pinkerton Quebec at Montreal.

Neil plopped down in a chair, red faced and silent. And I described the problem to Mr. St. Amour.

His answer was startling. He said, "You know what he's doing. And I know what he's doing. But he keeps the books in the black. How can I tell the New York office that I let him go?"

And so it was. But St. Amour ordered George Neil to make sure that, if there were no cases for me to work on for clients, he was to assign me to investigate those applying for work as Pinkerton guards. The pay for that work was less than for clients' cases, but it was something.

And so I worked for the personnel department under Mr. Martel's supervision when I was not assigned "real" cases. I learned to administer lie detector tests and checked the backgrounds of the applicants - education, previous jobs, neighbourhood, etc. The supervisors took care of financial and criminal background checks as they had "ins" with the police.

Mr. Martel (The Hammer) was not happy with me. I actually thought for myself and would not be obedient... insofar as one task was concerned.

After I had worked on the personnel applications for a while, I was called into Martel's office and he instructed me to make a special mark on the corner of any application made by a Negro. I refused to do it. And so I was in the proverbial dog house with Martel.

As an investigator, I had covered one case where a boy had been kidnapped by his father from the mother who had legal custody. The case had been investigated for about five years by various agencies without success. I traced the boy to Ottawa where I found the father's synagogue.

I waited a very long time for the rabbi to come to meet me there. The rabbi was amazed at what I had to tell him. He had performed the boy's Bar Mitzvah and had no idea of the background of the case. The boy and the rabbi had been told that the mother had died.

But along came another case where I was asked to help kidnap a child from the father to have him returned at Dorval Airport to his American mother who had legal custody. I refused.

I was assured by my supervisors that, when I brought the child to the airport, I would be shown proof that the mother was the legal parent. I still refused.

I sweated that night, believing that would be the end of my job. In the morning, without explanation. I was told Pinkerton was cancelling the case.

And then there was the last straw. It was winter. I was to get to a dairy and follow a certain truck. And I did. My partner on this assignment was an ex-taxi driver who was supposed to be very skilled. He drove around blocks and lost the truck and it went on and on.

I called in my report and I was told to drop the surveillance. With the cold, damp hours of surveillance I started to get sick with a sore throat and a cough and fever. I called Mr. Neil and told him I was sick and I could not resume the surveillance. In fact my doctor said I had bronchitis bordering on pneumonia. George Neil accused me of "insubordination."

I reported to Paul St. Amour that I could no longer work with George Neil. St. Amour suggested that I work for the personnel department for a while. I would have considered that, but I would be replacing a young mother who needed the job. So I declined. And so ended my career as a Pinkerton.

And that is just part of the story.

I REMEMBER BUCK FORTIN,
WEST END INVESTIGATION
AND PINKERTON

THE TRUTH ABOUT TRUTH - IT ISN'T EASY
FRANK SHOOFEY AND PINKERTON

 Alan Pinkerton and Kate Warne

Alan Pinkerton was born August 25, 1819, Glasgow, Scotland—died July 1, 1884, Chicago, Illinois, U.S.) Scottish-born detective and founder of a famous American private detective agency.

Pinkerton was the son of a police sergeant who died when Allan was a child, leaving the family in great poverty. Allan found work as a cooper and soon became involved in Chartism, a mass movement that sought political and social reform. His activities resulted in a warrant for his arrest, and in 1842 Pinkerton fled to the United States, settling in Chicago.

Moving the next year to the nearby town of Dundee in Kane county, he set up a cooper's shop there. While cutting wood on a deserted island one day, he discovered and later captured a gang of counterfeiters. Following this and other similar achievements, he was appointed deputy sheriff of Kane county in 1846 and soon afterward deputy sheriff of Cook county, with headquarters in Chicago.

In 1850 Pinkerton resigned from Chicago's new police force in order to organize a private detective agency that specialized in railway theft cases. The Pinkerton National Detective Agency became one of the most famous organizations of its kind. Its successes included capture of the principals in a $700,000 Adams Express Company theft in 1866 and the thwarting of an assassination plot against President-elect Abraham Lincoln in February 1861 in Baltimore.

In 1861, working for the Union during the Civil War, Pinkerton, under the name E.J. Allen, headed an organization whose purpose was to obtain military information in the Southern states.

After the Civil War Pinkerton resumed the management of his detective agency. From 1873 to 1876 one of his detectives, James McParlan, lived among the Molly Maguires in Pennsylvania and secured evidence that led to the breaking up of this organization of coal miners supposedly engaged in terrorism.

During the strikes of 1877 the Pinkerton Agency's harsh policy toward labour unions caused it to be severely criticized in labour circles, although Pinkerton asserted he was helping workers by opposing labour unions. Pinkerton wrote The Molly Maguires and the Detectives (1877); The Spy of the Rebellion (1883), his account of Lincoln's journey to Washington in 1861; and Thirty Years a Detective (1884).

Kate Warne First Female Private-Eye
By Barbara Maikell-Thomas

Kate Warne has the honor of being America's first female private investigator. She become a very good one and was able to act as an undercover agent infiltrating social gatherings and gathering information no man was able to obtain. She was able to wear disguises, change her accent at will and became a huge asset to the success of Allen Pinkerton and Pinkerton National Detective Agency.

Kate Warne was so undercover for Pinkerton, no one know is sure of what her actual name was. Note that on her tombstone (she is burred next to Allen Pinkerton himself) her name is spelled Warn without the "e". All known documents from the Pinkerton family history have is spelled Warne. Robert Pinkerton called her Kitty.

DEFYING NATURE - IT IS NOBODY'S MOTHER

Nature surely has a mind,
But Nature has no heart.

It created the Earth,
But it is nobody's kind mother.

It tears Life apart,
Piece by piece,
And chews it up,
And spits it out
Into the Universe,
Without blinking a Galaxy.

A uterus, a breast,
Beloved
Pets,
Husband,
Father,
Mother,
Brother;

Nature just chews them up,
And spits them out.

And all we can do is -

Spit Back.

THE SLAUGHTER OF DOLPHINS BY JAPAN - MAKE THEM STOP THE BLOOD BATH

Cove Guardian Sarah came to Taiji from France to be a voice for the dolphins.

" I first learned about the Taiji Cove Guardians through my translation work of their reports on the French Sea Shepherd website.

Having the opportunity to see and hear some of the volunteers who participated in the "Spotlight on…" series of videos, which I did the transcriptions in English for, caused their work in Taiji to feel much more real to me.

As an on-shore volunteer with my local chapter in Lorient, France I get to meet with the public on a regular basis to explain Sea Shepherd's campaigns; and one of those that particularly aroused my interest was the situation in Taiji.

I finally girded myself up to watch The Cove last summer and the seed was planted in my head that I had to go to Taiji and see for myself, the horror inflicted on these innocent, unsuspecting dolphins which had the bad luck of passing by when the banger boats were on the prowl for new victims.

I have spent just over two weeks here and have been on a roller coaster of emotions.

Nothing can really prepare you for the horror of the hunt and its cold-blooded efficiency, but the truth of what happens here has to be told. I can now go back home with first hand testimony and share my experiences with anyone who wants to listen. Any potential client of a dolphin show who realizes that their entrance ticket finances this shameful, barbaric trade of dolphins and decides not to pay for one, will justify the heart-wrenching emotions I have endured during the eight murderous hunts I have witnessed."

The International Whaling Commission (IWC) is the global organization that deems itself to be the lord over all whaling, and in that role determines how many whales can be murdered each and every year. Even more absurd is its allowance for the killing of whales based on what can only be viewed as politically motivated fake scientific reasons. In effect, the IWC has attempted to legitimize the mass murder of "The Cetacean Nation" -- the self aware sentient people of the sea.

A number of countries belong to the IWC, which means they mass murder cetaceans by mutual agreement. These countries are Canada, The Faroe Islands and Greenland -- both constituent countries of the Kingdom of Denmark, Iceland, Indonesia, Japan, Norway, Russia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and The United States Of America. There are 88 nations who are members of the IWC. But other non members also kill whales and dolphins, including fishermen who kill and butcher whales and dolphins for sport and bait.

All cetacean murder must end now, and the IWC must be retired forever.

DO YOU KNOW WHERE THE WILD GOOSE GOES ? A GLOWING REPORT

Some years ago, the popular singer, Frankie Laine recorded "The Cry of The Wild Goose". The song was a hit. You couldn't stop humming it.

This evening, watching news from Japan, I learned the truth about where the Wild Goose goes, and it is troubling.

Thousands of migrating waterfowl, including thousands of Bean Geese, winter in the Fukushima Delta.

There, they find shelter in the tall reeds and grasses, and food to carry them through the winter .... food glowing with the energy of Fukushima.

And then they fly thousands of miles.

And maybe you eat them.

My heart knows what the wild goose knows,
I must go where the wild goose goes.
Wild goose, brother goose, which is best?
A wanderin' fool or a heart at rest?

REMEMBERING MY FRIEND, THE GENTLEMAN, MICHAEL STEELER

Michael Steeler was dying of AIDS when I first saw him on The Fifth Estate on CBC TV and contacted him. We exchanged letters for years and I finally went to Toronto to meet him.

Michael Steeler took on the Roman Catholic Church for its actions in the Holocaust and their treatment of homosexual people. He was a fascinating and wonderful man. I was thinking of him today.

He once said to me, when I said I felt so helpless in fighting the system, "Stand on my shoulders and you will do more than I have." It reminds me of Jesus telling the people that they would do even more than he had.

Before his AIDS diagnosis in 1990, Steeler had led a distinguished career as a banker, ship broker and publisher of trade magazines.

This is the email I set to my friend, Brian, who had graciously provided me with the tickets for the train trip to Toronto so I could meet Michael Steeler.

Hi Brian,

I don't remember if I sent this to you in June. It is thanks to you giving me that train ticket that I was able to meet Michael Steeler. We only had two or three hours together, but it was one of the highlights of my life.

When I arrived at the train station in Toronto, he was sitting on a railing watching for me. He had never seen me - not even a picture of me. I think I had told him I would be wearing a little straw hat that looked like those worn by European school children.

When he approached me, he was incredulous. He took my hand and asked me to turn around, so he could get a good look at me. Then he said he was so surprised that I looked so young.

Memory can be very vivid, but I am so glad that I always write things down in journals and notes, and save on computer disks. I do have a few photos Mike had sent me, but I don't remember if I took any on that important day. But I have all of Michael's letters, and the video of his TV appearance where I first saw him.

Phyllis

During our brief meeting in Michael's apartment, he served me a lovely lunch and showed me ancient documents of his family history, documents with red wax royal seals and ribbons, historical documents such as I would have previously only seen in a museum. And Michael gave me a beautiful book on heraldry. He signed the book "To Scrapper", a name I cherish in his memory.

CBC newsmagazine stirs controversy over Galicia Division
by Andrij Wynnyckyj
Toronto Press Bureau

TORONTO - Cardinal Myroslav Lubachivsky's blessing of Ukrainian veterans of the Galicia Division at the 50th anniversary of its formation in the summer of 1993 is once again a focus of controversy in the North American media.

On March 5 and 10, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation's television newsmagazine "The Fifth Estate" broadcast a segment titled "Disorder in the Order," in its usual Tuesday evening and Sunday afternoon time slots.

Reporter Francine Pelletier focused on Michael Steeler, a man who recently resigned from the Sovereign Order of St. Stanislas, a Polish chivalric order that has a presence in North America, because he learned that Russian neo-fascist Vladimir Zhirinovsky was accepted as a member and had been appointed deputy grand prior for the Russian Federation.

Before getting to the question of Mr. Zhirinovsky, however, the broadcast touched on matters Ukrainian. With a photograph of the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church's senior hierarch filling the screen, Ms. Pelletier mentioned that Mr. Steeler, a member of the order since 1990 who had risen to the post of Canadian grand prior, became concerned that Cardinal Lubachivsky "blessed a reunion of second world war veterans, including veterans from the Nazi SS Galicia division," and wrote to the Vatican's secretary of state to express his concern.

"What was a prince of the Catholic Church doing blessing former Nazis?" Ms. Pelletier related, "That's what the grand prior of Canada, Michael Steeler, wanted to know."
In an interview setting, Mr. Steeler then said, "And I think that the blessing of the SS by Lubachivsky was to restore confidence in the Nazi SS, and that they were to be presented as knights, and therefore honorable people. It's Holocaust denial."

The "Disorder in the Order" of the segment's title allegedly became manifest when the order's grand master, Count Juliusz Sokolnicki, asked Mr. Steeler to desist in his "crusade" after initially having been "very, very much in favor of my questioning the pope about this."

Mr. Steeler's dissaffection was further exacerbated when he learned that the openly racist Mr. Zhirinovsky was made a high-ranking officer of the order. In the program, Count Sokolnicki and the U.S.-based St. Stanislas grand chancellor, Maj. Gen. Earl Morris, are seen issuing apologia for Mr. Zhirinovsky.

Count Sokolnicki calls the Russian "liberal democratic." Gen. Morris says that Mr. Zhirinovsky is "a nationalist - extremist - but I'd rather have a nationalist than a Communist."

Mr. Steeler, a Toronto-area banker, a descendant of various European aristocratic families and a member of six chivalric orders, is now dying of AIDS and, as he told the CBC, is "looking for a fight."

How it was that Mr. Steeler's interest in the "Galicia" Division and Cardinal Lubachivsky was aroused was not explained during the program.

Ms. Pelletier related that Pope John Paul II once accepted an insignia from the order, and gave the order and its companions his blessing.

Cardinal Lubachivsky's blessing of the Galicia Division, a combat group formed in July 1943 as a formation under the Waffen SS, was part of the controversy generated by the CBS "60 Minutes" broadcast, "The Ugly Face of Freedom" shown in October 1993.

In December 1986, Canadian Justice Jules Deschenes issued a report in which it was stated, "If the only allegation against a resident of Canada is that he was a member of the Galician Division, that is not an individual which we consider should be made the subject of an investigation."

ABANDONED BY PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE - PRUDENTIAL BLAMES MONTREAL POLICE

I was a customer of Prudential Insurance - "The Rock of Gibraltar" - and their agent, Gerry Thornily - for THIRTY years.

For thirty years, my husband and I made insurance payments to Prudential through the Thornily Agency of Point Claire, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. But they dropped me like a hot potato when I reported that I had been robbed by Dawn McSweeney with the help of a Montreal Police officer.

The agent, Brian Thornily, Gerry's son, and the Prudential adjuster told me that the police had not made a report of the robbery in time and the file was closed.

I reported the robbery to Brian Thornily, from the telephone at the Fraser Hickson Library very shortly after the robbery, while I was living in my car. It would have been a day or two after I was attacked in my home on October 7, 1996 - and robbed, and evicted without any legal procedure by a Montreal Police officer. I was living in my car the late afternoon when I made that call. It was just getting dark outside. A couple of days after the attack, a friend took me in.

Brian Thornily didn't say a word to me about my insurance premium payment about to come due.

Unbeknownst to me, my insurance was due to expire at the end of October, 1996. All my papers, documents, bills, bank books, everything I owned was still in my mother's house where I had just been attacked, robbed and evicted.

I was in shock, homeless and destitute and I had no way of knowing the insurance payment was about to come due. I had no mailing address to receive any notice of renewal after October 7, 1996 until late November, 1996.

Everything I owned was in the house where I was robbed - under the complete control of Dawn McSweeney. The police officer put me out of my home and left me in the street without as much as a coat. I only had my old car, my purse, my bible and a clean pair of shoes I liked to wear in church.

Why didn't Brian Thornily tell me the insurance was coming due at the end of October when I reported the robbery to him about October 8 or 9 ?

A few weeks later an insurance adjuster showed up at my new apartment and told me that the police had not made the report on time and Prudential refused to open an investigation.

I told the Prudential adjuster and Brian Thornily that I did not want to make a claim. I did not want money. I wanted them to investigate and recover my precious belongings that were still in my mother's house in the hands of Dawn McSweeney. But they refused absolutely.

They said that was a job for the police.

The police finally made a report six months later, in March, 1997. Since then, the Montreal Police have repeatedly refused to take any action to recover my precious belongings or to bring the thief, Dawn McSweeney, before a judge in criminal court.

See detailed reports of the crimes of Dawn McSweeney and those she boastfully calls her "partners in crime" on her own blog -

WILLIAM LLOYD GARRISON - JOURNALIST - ONE VOICE AGAINST ALL ODDS

William Lloyd Garrison
1805 - 1879
In the very first issue of his anti-slavery newspaper, the Liberator, William Lloyd Garrison stated, "I do not wish to think, or speak, or write, with moderation I am in earnest -- I will not equivocate -- I will not excuse -- I will not retreat a single inch -- AND I WILL BE HEARD." And Garrison was heard. For more than three decades, from the first issue of his weekly paper in 1831, until after the end of the Civil War in 1865 when the last issue was published, Garrison spoke out eloquently and passionately against slavery and for the rights of America's black inhabitants.

The son of a merchant sailing master, William Lloyd Garrison was born in Newburyport, Massachusetts, in 1805. Due in large measure to the Embargo Act, which Congress had passed in 1807, the Garrison family fell on hard times while William was still young. In 1808 William's father deserted the family, forcing them to scrounge for food from more prosperous families and forcing William to work, selling homemade molasses candy and delivering wood.

In 1818, after suffering through various apprenticeships, Garrison began work for the Newburyport Herald as a writer and editor. This job and subsequent newspaper jobs would give the young Garrison the skills he would utilize so expertly when he later published his own paper.

When he was 25, Garrison joined the Abolition movement. He became associated with the American Colonization Society, an organization that believed free blacks should emigrate to a territory on the west coast of Africa. At first glance the society seemed to promote the freedom and happiness of blacks. There certainly were members who encouraged the manumission (granting of freedom) to slaves. However, it turned out that the number of members advocating manumission constituted a minority. Most members had no wish to free slaves; their goal was only to reduce the numbers of free blacks in the country and thus help preserve the institution of slavery.

By 1830 Garrison had rejected the programs of the American Colonization Society. By this time he had worked as co-editor of an antislavery paper started by Benjamin Lundy in Maryland, The Genius of Universal Emancipation. And on January 1, 1831, he published the first issue of his own anti-slavery newspaper, the Liberator.

In speaking engagements and through the Liberator and other publications, Garrison advocated the immediate emancipation of all slaves. This was an unpopular view during the 1830s, even with northerners who were against slavery. What would become of all the freed slaves? Certainly they could not assimilate into American society, they thought. Garrison believed that they could assimilate. He believed that, in time, all blacks would be equal in every way to the country's white citizens. They, too, were Americans and entitled to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness."

Though circulation of the Liberator was relatively limited -- there were less than 400 subscriptions during the paper's second year -- Garrison soon gained a reputation for being the most radical of abolitionists. Still, his approach to emancipation stressed nonviolence and passive resistance, and he did attract a following. In 1832 he helped organize the New England Anti-Slavery Society, and, the following year, the American Anti-Slavery Society. These were the first organizations dedicated to promoting immediate emancipation.

Garrison was unyielding and steadfast in his beliefs. He believed that the Anti-Slavery Society should not align itself with any political party. He believed that women should be allowed to participate in the Anti-Slavery Society. He believed that the U.S. Constitution was a pro-slavery document. Many within the Society differed with these positions, however, and in 1840 there was a major rift in the Society which resulted in the founding of two additional organizations: the Liberty Party, a political organization, and the American and Foreign Anti-Slavery Society, which did not admit women. Later, in 1851, the once devoted and admiring Frederick Douglass stated his belief that the Constitution could be used as a weapon against slavery. Garrison, feeling betrayed, attacked Douglass through his paper. Douglass responded, and the attacks intensified. Garrison and Douglass would never reconcile their differences.

Although Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation was a government decree, Garrison supported it wholeheartedly. After the end of the Civil War in 1865, Garrison published his last issue of the Liberator. After thirty five years and 1,820 issues, Garrison did not fail to publish a single issue.

IT'S MY BABY SISTER, DEBBIE'S BIRTHDAY. HER DAUGHTER, DAWN MCSWEENEY ROBBED ME AND TORE OUR FAMILY APART.

BUT DEBBIE IS AS MUCH A VICTIM OF DAWN AND HER PARTNERS IN CRIME AS I AM. I THINK OF DEBBIE EVERY DAY AND I WORRY ABOUT HER. BUT MY HANDS ARE TIED. I HAVE TRIED TIME AND TIME AGAIN THROUGH THE YEARS TO REACH OUT TO HER, BUT I MEET A STONE WALL.

WHERE IS DEBBIE NOW? IS SHE SAFE? IS SHE HEALTHY? IS SHE STILL LIVING IN POVERTY AND FEAR BECAUSE OF WHAT DAWN DID?

DAWN MCSWEENEY AND HER "PARTNERS IN CRIME" STOLE EVERYTHING FROM ME, FROM MY PARENTS, FROM MY SIBLINGS AND FROM THEIR CHILDREN. YET DEBBIE TOLD OUR SISTER SHEILA THAT SHE AND HER NEW SO-CALLED "HUSBAND", KENNETH GREGOIRE PRUD'HOMME WERE LIVING IN POVERTY WITHOUT ELECTRICITY AND ON FOOD FROM A FOOD BANK.

MONTREAL POLICE HELPED THE THIEF, DAWN MCSWEENEY - NOT ONLY GREEDY, BUT CRUEL

Not only did Dawn McSweeney steal all my valuable jewellery, she also stole my husband, Cliff Carter's New Jersey Deputy Sheriff's badge, his trademark grey Stetson Fedora, our wedding portrait, and all the family photographs from our childhood and youth. This is not just greed, it is malice.

But the Montreal Police who have helped the thief since the day of the robbery continue to refuse to take any legal action against Dawn McSweeney and those she boastfully calls her "partners in crime, on her own blog.

If anything I have said or written about Dawn McSweeney's crimes for the past 16 years is untrue, why has no one sued me in all these years?

Dawn's associate, Kenneth Gregoire Prud'homme went so far as to apply for a court order declaring that I was insane and dangerous, but no one has sued me.

I provided the Montreal Police with insurance papers, photos, appraisals and a detailed seven page, handwritten inventory of everything Dawn McSweeney stole from me on October 7, 1996 at 4995 Prince of Wales, NDG, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Because a Montreal Police officer helped Dawn McSweeney rob me, the police have refused to take any action against the criminals in this case or to recover and return everything they stole.

And because the Montreal Police refused to take any legal action from the start, the thieves went on to steal everything my father worked for all his life.

Dawn McSweeney and her "partners in crime" stole our family home and all my father's savings - the inheritance my father left to each of his children and grandchildren specifically named in his own will.

Two years before my mother died, this stranger, Kenneth Gregoire Prud'homme, associated with the McSweeneys, made a new will in my mother's name. She was 92 years old and handicapped mentally and physically. My mother had been kept in total isolation by Dawn McSweeney's partners for almost a decade.

Prud'homme gave all my father's estate to Dawn McSweeney and Debbie Rubin McSweeney. Prud'homme eliminated all my father's children and grandchildren named in his own will.

Kenneth Gregoire Prud'homme named himself "liquidator" of my father's estate.

WITH MALICE AFORETHOUGHT

DAWN MCSWEENEY STOLE ALL MY VALUABLES.
SHE ALSO STOLE PERSONAL TREASURES.
HER CRIMES DESTROYED OUR FAMILY.

MY GRANDMOTHER, DORA

Dawn McSweeney and those she calls her "partners in crime" stole all my best jewellery, but she also stole personal treasures. She never even met my grandparents but she stole their portraits from us - out of pure malice.

And she stole so much more -
With the help of a Montreal Police officer.

WHY IS THE THIEF, DAWN MCSWEENEY, STILL FREE ? $5,000 REWARD

Question: Why is the thief, Dawn McSweeney, still free to enjoy everything she - and those she calls her "partners in crime" on her own blog - stole from me and from my family?

Answer: Because a Montreal Police officcr helped Dawn McSweeney to rob me, and the Montreal Police have been covering up her crimes from the day I was attacked and robbed in my home at 4995 Prince of Wales, NDG, Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Since there is no politician willing to take legal action against the thief, I am offering a $5,000. reward.

THE AMERICAN CONSTITUTION - WHY DO WE ACCEPT LIES WITHOUT QUESTION ?

" ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL "

There are, no doubt, many interpretations
Of this famous quote,
But the truth is simple:
All people are not created equal.

Babies are born - created -
With hare lips,
Missing limbs,
Heart defects,
Brain damage,
And a myriad of possible defects.

At the same time, others are born
With all their parts in good condition.

Some are born to be tall,
Others will be looking up at them
All their lives.

Some are born with beautiful features,
Others are destined to be homely.

Some will develop high intelligence,
Others will struggle to learn arithmetic.

Some are born into riches,
Others are born into poverty,
And hardship.

Those who are born Caucasian
Usually have a substantial advantage
Over those born with brown skin.

Just because something is old,
And has been accepted for a long time,
Does not mean it is true.

All "men" are not "created" equal,
And all women
Are not born into the same advantages
As men.

It is not The Creator
Who makes people "equal"
It will have to be people
Who create a society
Where everyone has a fair chance.

But that can't happen
Until people stop believing lies.

AXIRON - A DRUG THAT IS DANGEROUS TO THOSE WHO DON'T USE IT

AXIRON (TESTOSTERONE) TOPICAL SOLUTION

What is the most important information I should know about AXIRON?

AXIRON can transfer from your body to others. This can happen if other people come into contact with the area where the AXIRON was applied. Signs of puberty that are not expected (for example, pubic hair) have happened in young children who were accidentally exposed to testosterone through skin to skin contact with men using topical testosterone products like AXIRON. Women and children should avoid contact with the unwashed or unclothed area where AXIRON has been applied. If a woman or child makes contact with the application area, the contact area on the woman or child should be washed well with soap and water right away.

To lower the risk of transfer of AXIRON from your body to others, follow these important instructions:

  • Apply AXIRON only to your armpits.
  • Wash your hands right away with soap and water after applying AXIRON.
  • After the solution has dried, cover the application area with clothing. Keep area covered until you have washed the application area well or have showered.
  • If you expect another person to have direct skin-to-skin contact with your armpits, first wash the application area well with soap and water.

Stop using AXIRON and call your healthcare provider right away if you see any signs and symptoms in a child or a woman that may have occurred through accidental exposure to AXIRON. Signs and symptoms in children may include enlarged penis or clitoris; early development of pubic hair; increased erections or sex drive; aggressive behavior. Signs and symptoms in women may include changes in body hair and a large increase in acne.

Who should not use AXIRON?

Do not use AXIRON if you:

  • have or might have prostate cancer
  • have breast cancer
  • are pregnant or may become pregnant or are breast-feeding. AXIRON may harm your unborn or breast-feeding baby.

Women who are pregnant or who may become pregnant should avoid contact with the area of skin where AXIRON has been applied.

What should I tell my healthcare provider before using AXIRON?

Before you use AXIRON, tell your healthcare provider if you have:

  • breast cancer
  • or might have prostate cancer
  • urinary problems due to an enlarged prostate
  • heart problems
  • kidney or liver problems
  • problems breathing while you sleep (sleep apnea)
  • any other medical conditions

Tell your healthcare provider about all the medicines you take, including prescription and non-prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements. Using AXIRON with other medicines can affect each other. Especially, tell your healthcare provider if you take:

  • insulin
  • medicines that decrease blood clotting
  • corticosteroids

What are the possible side effects of AXIRON?

AXIRON can cause serious side effects. Call your healthcare provider right away if you have any of the following:

  • If you already have enlargement of your prostate gland, your signs and symptoms can get worse while using AXIRON. This can include: increased urination at night, trouble starting your urine stream, having to pass urine many times during the day, having an urge that you have to go to the bathroom right away, having a urine accident, being unable to pass urine or weak urine flow.
  • Possible increased risk of prostate cancer. Your healthcare provider should check for prostate cancer or any other prostate problems before you start and while you use AXIRON.
  • In large doses AXIRON may lower your sperm count.
  • Swelling of your ankles, feet, or body.
  • Enlarged or painful breasts.
  • Problems breathing while you sleep (sleep apnea).
  • Blood clots in the legs. This can include pain, swelling or redness of your legs.

The most common adverse events include: skin redness or irritation where AXIRON is applied, increased red blood cell count, headache, diarrhea, vomiting, and increase in blood level of Prostate Specific Antigen (a test used to screen for prostate cancer). Other side effects include more erections than are normal for you or erections that last a long time.

AXIRON is flammable until dry. Let AXIRON dry before smoking or going near an open flame.

Axiron is available by prescription only

You are encouraged to report negative side effects of prescription drugs to the FDA. Visit www.fda.gov/medwatch or call 1-800-FDA-1088.

For more information, please see full Prescribing Information, including Boxed Warning regarding the risk of transfer to others, and Medication Guide.
