The blood that as been shed recently by unarmed African American children at the hands of White men in uniform is only the tip of the iceberg. They wear the blue uniforms and silver badges by day and the KKK robes and swastikas by the light of burning crosses by night. These atrocities have been going on for centuries. Until now, White folks could pretend they didn't know. Now everyone knows.
This is so reasoned and rational -- not that that will change anything. Can anyone imagine a swastika flag flying in modern day Germany? Of course not. Yet wasn't that part of their "heritage," too? Case closed.
